Hello, I purchased a property about a year ago. It has a pond that was dug probably around 20 years or so ago. It has never held water. There's about a foot of water in the bottom. I would guess it to be dug about 20 feet deep at the lowest point. I was hoping to get some suggestions on what I would need to do to make this a viable pond that we can enjoy. Thanks.

who ever dug the pond first could have not had a key way in the in the damn installed and also the ground might not be able to hold water

No key way, improper soils, a leak to bottom. The list goes on.
The bottom line is to get an experienced dam builder, not a dirt pushing dozer driver.

I'd contact teehjaeh57 and ask him about Soil Flock.
