One of the reasons I'm thinning the larger GSH out of my pond, I've pulled 60 out today, average size 6".

Snipe what type of minnow/shiner is that? Doesn't appear to have the curved lateral line of a GSH?

It was a guess that it was a GSH fry based on eye size. Hard to tell for sure.

That is basically true. There are a few grazers/filter feeders that don't - like shad and other herbivores.
