Just thinking ahead, soon our lake will have a visibility of 18" + or - due to fertilization. What bait types and especially what colors might be good for LMB in the green water?

Have you had experience with this?

Thanks

"If it ain't cbartreause - it ain't no use"!
Very good color for stained/off color water.
I would be chunkin' a big rattle trap right now for pre-spawn LMB - but that's just if I wasn't fly fishing. grin

Yep
Also do a google search for the May 2007 issue of Field and Stream.

There is a flowchart based on water clarity, sky brightness, forage, cover, and barometric pressure. It is very helpful and full of explainations.
