I currently have an issue with both of my ponds. I have a 1 acre and also 4 acre pond that are currently overrun with small salvania. I'm looking for a solution to get it under control and keep it that way. Thanks!
(I have had someone come and physically remove the salvania but it grew back in just a few short months)

If I owned the ponds, I would either treat them with chemicals and not say anything to the state, or if I was so inclined to talk to the state I would see if these following chemicals would be allowed:

Sonar A.S. (Fluridone)
Galleon (Penoxsulam)
Clearcast (Imazamox)
Clipper (Flumioxazin)

Reward and Weedtrine D (diquat) are also known to be effective. Use with non-ionic surfactant.
