Pond Boss Forums Thread Like Summary - Leaking Dam. Help Please!!

New guy here. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

My pond was constructed about 3 years ago. Has yet to completely fill. But that was expected as there is very little runoff into it. Anyway, the pond is about 20 feet deep now. Will be 28 ft deep and about 2 acres when completely full. This past spring we noticed that the dam may be leaking. No question now, it is definitely leaking. Appears to be at the keyway underneath the dam.

What chemicals are available out there that may help with the leak?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to do some research on soilfloc pond sealant. It is a two part polymer than will find the leak and seal it. I equate it to the old radiator sealant I used in my first car! I believe there are alot of posts on this forum from folks that have used it. Good luck!
