Update... I did a poor job bench testing my lower motor on my feeder. I replaced it with a new motor and still doesn't work. I went back and made darn sure I got a good connection and bench tested the lower motor again and ….it WORKED!! So I called TH Feeder and they said the TIMER has a relay or something in it that sends the power to the lower motor! Sooo I had to pay a little but the timer was just under warranty. Replaced it today and everything works GREAT. Other than a $18 upper motor I have a complete rebuilt feeder now!! I cleaned all the old food gunk that had built up in places while waiting for parts to arrive. I must say it sounds like a brand new feeder again! Thought this might help someone who may be troubleshooting their feeder. Don't overlook the timer!!
