I think it may take somebody like Bob Lusk to fix the green Washington DC reflecting pool after it has now been fixed.

Dump a bunch of TP in there. Cleanup crew and something interesting to look at.

There are people there cheering for the algae.

From what I understand is water flows through it from the river, so any “fix” will be temporary at best. It’s not a closed system.

IMHO it needs to be excavated 10ft plus deep. Then stocked with native fish to have a proper balance to the BOW. A metaphor for what needs to be done in DC.
