My test results:

PH 6
Ammonia 0.5ppm
Nitrite 0
Phosphate 0.25 ppm

Alkalinity 1.2dKH (21ppm)

The goal for my pond is a healthy BlueGill population for the grandkids and bass for me to enjoy.

.6 surface acres and depth along the middle of the oval pond is 18'.

The interwebs suggests adding one ton of Ag Lime to help correct this Alkalinity and PH issue in the fall.

As it is late spring/early summer, and I don't want to risk a fish kill, would it be ok to spread 1/3 ton every week or two weeks, or at what frequency up to that Ton? Obviously, I would retest before any additional application.

Thanks in advance for any advice,

You are not going to kill the fish by adding a ton of ag lime in a pond with those conditions. Don't throw the ag lime on top of spawning fish. What you suggest will work but will require more than a ton. Now would be better IMO.
