Keven . I'm with you I worked all weekend and just now chekcing here and emails. I would go ahead and fertilize. It is not that much money... so you will may have to use a little more to compensate for the cattails soaking it up. I am seeing them green up now and you can spray them as soon as you see green. You can legally use any glyphosate product with an aquatic label. I use Aquastar but Rodeo is more common. Mix a 2% solution and add a surfactant. I'm sorry to hear about you not getting bass. I think I would stock this year with less numbers take the recommendaed actions instead of losing a year of bass growth. Good luck.
