Sudhir, I'd recommend that you consult the web site of the World Aquaculture Society for articles and information that may apply to your situation. You may need to purchase a membership, but the cost of researching will be money well spent. There is no one fish farming bible because there are so many types of aquatic organisms to raise. Also, there is no one best aquatic species to raise because of all the regional variables.
