someone please correct me if i am wrong. i thnk hybrid bluegills are hybrids of coppernose bluegill and green sunfish. all the ads i have seen for them reccomend removal and restocking of the fish every so often. this leads me to believe that the F4 and F5 and so on hybrids begin to revert back to their green sunfish genetics. green sunfish are very competitive with bass for food. therefore classifying them as undesireable species for people looking to have bass in a small pond. i hope this is not to far off the mark
