As an Aquatic Biologist, it doesn't make sense to use the Barley in a farm pond situation. That is if one understands how it works. With that said, barley is not labeled as a pesticide so technically it is illegal to use it as such. Now is the EPA or local ag. dept. going to enforce it probably not. If you want some really good info visit Purdue University's website and look at what research they have done with it. BJ Don't you mean herbicide?
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
