Well, I hunted at Rocky's opening day. This is where I hunted. I only shot his house a few times.

We had a morning hunt then had a bass tournament from 11:00-1:30. I had the lead with a 1 pounder for about 30 minutes only to be beat by a 2.5. After that, Rocky smoked up some of the best pork ribs. We hung out til about 6 then shot at the highest flying dove I've ever seen. I brought a few home with me, missed more. We had to bail out at about 9:30 to make it back to Big D. It was a blast. We all had a few cold ones and shared funny stories. Also, we caught some bgs w/mealworms after we ate. He has some nice ones! That was about it. That was a good opening day.

The hunting was slim but the eating was good indeed. Keith unfortunately missed out on the smoked Dove breast wrapped in bacon and jalapeos having to leave so early. That's ok I took care of it. The official Bass tournament probably would have been a little better if the Guys didn't pounce on the ponds as soon as they showed up on Friday afternoon. I tried to stop them but it was 5 to one so I lost out. They had a most bass caught pre tourney. The winner took it with 7 fish. The Bass didn't seem to be as hungry on Saturday. Keith brought me some maggots for my BG's to eat. He said they was some kind of worm but I know a maggot when I see one. Thanks again we had a great time Keith.

The road goes on forever and the party nevers end...............................................
