Even with the shout box gone, it still ain't lickety split. I'm on cable.
PB forum is top priority for my internet usage, and I recently upgraded from dial-up to to fiber optic 54.0 Mbps for an extra $50 bucks a mohnth.
So far I should have stayed with dial-up.
