I don't know about this particular piece of property, but there are a lot of good year around cold springs in this part of the country. We've actually got an area a few miles north of our place that puts out ice all year long -- that's cold.

Last Saturday night, my wife and I had the pleasure of visiting a trout research farm just down the road. It produces fabulous brookies, rainbows, and WV golden trout in raceways that have huge amounts of water flowing through from a spring that feeds the raceways directly.
So, if you ever decide you want out of Indiana, the area around Victor, Sunil, and me, has lots of areas with great flowing springs. I believe that the place where I buy my fish has 90 ponds. The ponds I could see when I was recently there, all were full of water.
We could use a good taxidermist out this way.

P.S. I've never seen any unmarked vans, with men wearing little tinfoil hats, checking out the water in our ditches. So, it is perfectly safe here.
