The main question is what is the property worth to you? We are in a suit over the only access road to our property for 60 years. Paid the first lawyer bill yesterday...100 hours-$20,000 and we haven't even gone to court yet!! All because the person we bought our 60 acres from is blocking our access road which he doesn't even have a claim to....go figure???? In our case we have no choice but it's costing a bumdle that I'd rather put into our pond.

Rainman - exactly.
I think this is one reason so many boundry disputes remain - the cost to resolve the dispute is greater than the actual value of the land.

There is right and wrong and then there is the law.
Heck, I'm thinking about fencing off half my neighbors property and mowing/grazing it...maybe nobody will notice. 10 years from now, its mine. geeze, what a law.
