I'm not a big fan of horse races, so I really never do watch the Derby.
But we were regular attendees at the Preakness in Pimlico, MD, for about 10 years in a row from '90 to 2000.
They never show it on TV, but the infield is a massive, MASSIVE, party.
We'd line up outside the gates a little before 7AM with as much beer & booze as you could carry.
Around 9AM, the show would begin. The show being thousands of overly intoxicated people crammed together doing sometimes funny and many times stupid things.
My liver can't take it anymore.
