That's interesting Rad. Do your neighbor's all use the two levels at the same time with the same goals?
Are they able to manage aquatic weeds by manipulating the pool level?
Do they effect fish spawning (limit or increase) with pool level?
I'm curious what someone who is used to having two drains might say they're giving up by having only one.
