On a lot of forums I belong to - there is a "New Member Introduction" topic. As folks register, they are encouraged to introduce themselves and tell a little about their pond.

Just a thought - we have so many people now it is hard to welcome everyone.

hi, i'm DIED, tom cruise and santa are friends of mine, mr. lusk makes me wait for my magazine, i have a pegleg and a shrinking pond with lots of fish i like the idea, especially being on dial up i cant get browse all the topics in one brief setting so i miss all kindsa stuff.

Hi , my name is ewest. I spend so much time looking for info on the Pond Boss Forum (or elsewhere) to help out other ponders in need that I don't have time to manage my ponds any more !!!  It is a lot of fun and I learn something new every day . Now if I could only remember the info and where I put it here so I could find it later.

Hello, my name is Sunil, and I'm in love with my pond. I'm not as tall as Shorty, and my pond is not as large as Shorty's pond, but my smallmouth bass are bigger (adult stockers and natives!).
Today is also my birthday (38 years old), so if any of you need to send me gifts in the mail, just PM me and I'll send you the address
(birthday cards without monetary checks are unnecessary).

I'm Dave, also known as the Muleshoe MotorMouth.
I live in a suburb of Fort Worth but am originally from the West Texas town of Muleshoe.
I commute 70 miles to play with fish, deer, hogs, turkey, rattesnakes, etc.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
Without a sense of urgency, Nothing ever gets done.

Hi my name is Jeff. I am a retired rock star. Some of you may know me; I use to play Tambourine for the Rolling Spawn. If you can get past my security detail I can be found fishing from my 600hp bass boat on my 57 acre lake. That is if you can find the lake on my 3,800 acre estate. My Maserati does 185, I lost my license, now I don�t drive.
Whaa, what? I've been dreaming again? I wasn't a rock star? I can't play Tambourine? No 600hp Bass Boat? No 57 acre lake? No 3,800 acre estate? NO MASERATI??? Dang, no more spicy Italian sausage for dinner! You mean I really am only a humorless boring bean counter complete with a visor and think glasses?.... Well then why the heck do I have leopard print stretch pants hanging in the closet?

My name is Jeff and I have a few acres, a few ponds, a couple of fish.....I have 1 wife and 2 kids. I like to watch the #29 pass the #16 ....but man oh man - racing ain't what it used to be. I work too much and play too little....want to work on that in my next 30 years.
