There's a dozen guys on this forum that I always look to as well respected, brilliant on aqua-culture and reliable to keep an informative thread on track. Cecil is a leader...then this happens:
Some other reasons they do this is, because the water is warmer near the surface, they are waiting for terrestrials to blow in, or they feel safer near the surface.
...maybe eleven?
