WRT the "feed", watch aquatic plant levels. Worst case would be a huge algal or other plant bloom with resulting O2 crash when the plants die (eutrophication). If you don't see a big increase in plant life in the pond, for example if the algae doesn't get so thick that water clarity drops below 12"-18", this potential problem should be avoided. If you do get an intense plant bloom, emergency aeration could help save your fish.

As far as the "weed" - can you check the stuff you used and see what the weedkiller part is? This would help someone tell you what potential problems it might cause to pond life.
