WOW!!! what GOOD advice!!
OK as far as being close to Grocery stores and Medical facillities they both ar just as close to that stuff as the other. In fact the one that is 136 miles away might be a tade closer...The one I have now is 56 miles from my house.
OK now here is the Kicker. I have to put what I have on the market first and sale it before I can make this move. There in lie the BIG BIG challange. Properties like this and the one I have are EXTREAMLY RARE in this state!! To have 125+/- acres with a lake of 8 acres or more for under $400,000.00 is just unheard of. My gut feel is that if I had to buy the thing I could not get what I have on the market fast enough before this went under contract!!
There is now doubt, this 16 acre lake is more than tiwce as better than my two 9 and 2 acre lakes. Yes mine is 56 miles from my house, and this one is 136 miles away...When I go to mine I get frustrated over the drought and lack of water and the fact that it is a foot down from where it was March 1st of this year. But I go at the drop of a dime. This other one I was in Awww plain and simple...did care to much for the rest of the land it was OK, irrigated land...
Any ways to pull this off I have to find a way to tie this one up and then have mine sale!!!
