Brettski, ya hit the nail on the head. We are in our 50's, and even though we are in good health now, having good docs and medical facilities nearby weighs in big when we talk about a possible move to somewhere else in the future. You are blessed to have the years of wisdom with your Pop. Like my pastor says, "experience is the best teacher, only it doesn't have to be YOUR experience."
