See my post on Panic - DO Sag. What you describe is exactly how my cats are behaving, and I threw a 20#er over the fence this morning. My deal was I treated with Sonar and for one thing, my diffuser membrane was torn. My cats won't eat, they just swarm the surface like bullheads.
