Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I am going to love it here. I have so much to learn. My pond was built in 2002. I put some pics on the pond boss website under photos. I also found some pics of the pond when it was a big crater!The first night after it was dug, it rained, and the next morning it had 3 feet of water on the bottom of this 17 foot deep hole in the ground. I was so happy, I cried! It was dug in Sept. of '02 and by June of '03 it was over-flowing and full. My 6 acre hayfield is the watershed for the pond, and also snow melt in the spring. Mine does have a leak in it, but I have to go to work now
