The guy that posted the pics on the Texas Forum is from Vicksburg Miss. He no doubt got the idea from a bunch of high school kids in Wiggins Miss (IIRC) who make them in shop class and sell them to raise funds for the school. It was reported some time back in either Bassmasters or In-Fisherman. They come in different sizes. Small world - right. \:\)
