Open the thread in question, highlight the url (http: etc.) in address bar at the top of your browser, right click and copy.
Open the full reply form in the thread you wish to post in and click url. Paste the copied url into that box and click ok. In the next box that opens type in what you want to call the link, like This Thread or whatever you like. Click ok and the code you need will be entered wherever the cursor is at that time.
