Well it has been 6 days and as of now the golden shiners and (10 lbs of each) fat head minnows for all practical purposes are gone! My hope was to have a few make it to spawn but the HBSB worked as a team and would drive the goldens right out of the water then sit and wait for them to flop back into the water to be eaten! I basically bought 100.00 worth of potato chips for fish! They have started eating pellets again now that the snacks are gone! None of the new fish have floated and all seem to be happy. Of the fish in the pond the HBSB have the welfare system down the best and are the most fun!
