Frank, there's an ongoing legal dispute. Theo won't sign a general release to use his image in the video.
To top it all off, Condello's pissed because the videographers never caught his good side (the back of his head).

I suggest any stragglers who will not sign releases be "photoshopped" out of the video. If they want the world wide fame associated with a part in the movie they should just cool it and hold out for the TV rights.

I am meeting with the videographer early next week. He is editing, and still needs a few things from me (one or two power point presentations). After this meeting, I should have an idea when it will be ready and how much it will cost.
