I just sacrificed 45 perch for health testing for VHS. They were being held in a cage and when I brought the cage in there were several egg ribbons in the bottom. I have some eggs strands in the pond just like what Eric is describing, but I also have some that are very translucent. Are the translucent ones the ones that are fertilized Dr. Perca?
