Pond Boss Forums INTRO Questions & Observations For the record Sweeney's warranty

I had a flood event last week that submerged 4 feeders, and one timer was NOT waterproof. Spent all day friday at car wash and by saturday 3 feeders were back in operation. Today I took the waterlogged timer to Sweeney Feeders and was given a new one with NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Their "unconditional" warranty is for REAL! Curious how they had Pond Boss on the counter...out there in the hills...and I cannot get one delievered to the city?

I will second that thought about Sweeney. Last fall our lake came up about 8 feet during a 6 inch rain, completely covered our fish feeder. We had to swim out to it and put a rope around it in order to drag it out. Needless to say it did not work. I shipped it back to Sweeney and they repaired everything at no cost. You can't beat a deal like that.

I'll third, we deal exclusively with Sweeney, and am constantly asking Louis questions, there product, service after the sale and waranty are bar none.

My dealings with Billy were a clinic in customer service. I was thoroughly impressed.
