Belle and Brutus are Great Pyrenese live stock guard dogs.
Belle is only a 9 month old puppy and weighs near 100 lbs. She has been raised with goats all her life, and she or Brutus stay with the herd at all times.
I sat and watched her one evenng leading the goats to their pens. When nearing the pen she circled and herded them through the gate.
They love fish food - I tried and failed to get a photo yesterday of them in the water eating fish food that had washed to shore.
I'd rather they clean up the excess fish food than the reacoons....
