There's a Canadian comedy group (can't recall their name) who spoofed fishing shows with an audio sketch called "The Live Bait Show". In it, they fish for musky using ... a full grown Bengal Tiger for bait.

dave in el dorado ca – It would be a fun project to get a bunch of those NP out of Lake Davis and have an NP only pond.

How do they plan to eradicate NP from a lake, drain it and start over? Otherwise, good luck and keep on spending!

Ewest – The focus and resolution range is from zero to infinity. This is dependent on the quality of the optical nerve interface and the number of trophies sitting beside the user. The Doctor has a chart that delineates the relationship in a graphical format.

Double-Camp – It is all about the trophies. Triple imaging can be a very effective tool when expressing ones increasingly impressive knowledge as the trophies build in number.

get ready to see how it works here in regulatory heaven (aka kahli-FOR-neeya)

a little background....some years ago (10?), someone thought it would be cool to plant NP in the lake. this lake was famous for its trophy trout fishery. the NP took hold, took over, the trout fishery plummeted. the CA dept. of F&G came to the rescue  a few years ago they applied rotenone lakewide and killed the remaining trout but failed to rid the lake of NP. the locals had no water for months (its their drinking water). they've been electroshocking and spending millions on environmental impact feasibility studies and want about 12 million more for the new eradication project...... lake davis NP eradication project

its a bit long, but well suited for those of you still with cabin fever. they'll use some different chemical i've never heard of before "CFT Legumine" sounds like its based on peas......

I get to watch Red Green every now and again. My wife doesn't think he's too funny though.

Just another one of those great PBS shows.
