I was shocked by the focal clarity of the zoom on the Google planimeter. It was posted on another thread:
link to G-P On our project, I can zoom in so tight that I can see the tree branches in the crown of the trees. I can see the few Sycamore trees that we have because the white bark sets them apart from the surrounding timber. I can even pick out the primitive foot trails. Way cool.
