Jimmy, Check the Iowa DNR's website, they have a list of aquaculturists (?) in an excel spreadsheet or pdf file for the Iowa area. Check it out here: http://www.iowadnr.com/fish/programs/aquaculture.html Then go down to the heading, "Where to buy fish."
