Ranger are you kidding that is prime time for BIG BASS! Folks from near and far to get to that area of the workd right when you are there. I'm not one with deep pockets to do that noor have a bass boat. However I did get to fish farm 13 and stick marsh about that time of year when down on shock survey for client. The week b/f warm front came thru and client who took me caught, get this 4 bass over 8 lbs including 12.4 lb. Of course we caught cold front but still fun getting out there to see the big gators.
If you are driving down I-75 will go right past one of our plantations. Exit 83 (83 miles from FLA)They do have some good fishing, $300/day/p includes loadging and 3 hot southern meals.
