Bruce Condello Please consider this while waiting for you PBM to arrive. Your consideration of this topic will give you a head start on the article that got me to worrying.

I am worried about the forty 10lb LMB in my 5 acre pond (80 pounds per acre) not having enough food to continue growing at the phenomenal rate that they have so far.

My neighbor has a tub grinder that they use to grind up those giant round hay bales. I am thinking that if I grind up one cow per week to feed those forty 10lb LMB, they will be just fine.

Does anyone have experience with using a tub grinder to grind up cows for LMB feed?
Will the tub grinder sling the meaty morsels out far enough in the pond to reach the LMB?
Do you think a 5 HP circulator would be useful in moving the meaty morsels in to the LMBs strike zones?
Does a cow contain too much cholesterol for the good of the LMB?
Will the bone content cause the LMB to have indigestion?

I have a lot of questions..
