FYI per Bob's comments in his blog area, the new mag did arrive in Pittsburgh, PA. yesterday.

Seems like the content grows with every issue.

If you're not a subscriber, you are missing out on a lot of things that don't get discussed here on the forum.

Excerpt from Robert Crais' "The Monkey's Raincoat:"
"She took another microscopic bite of her sandwich, then pushed it away. Maybe she absorbed nutrients from her surroundings."

I just read the Q & A section. If you don't subscribe, you're missing what Bob Lusk had to say about Global Warming.

Whether you agree with him or not (I do), you gotta understand it when I say I LOVE THIS GUY!

Victor, I liked your "Stupidest Stunt" story so much that you get special dispensation to read the magazine. ;\)

...but everybody else, WATCH OUT!

D.I.E.D., I think Lusk is still walking over to my place from FatMcB's. Imagine how long it'll take to get to California.

As for you, FatMcB, you're walkin' on some thin ice hombre. At the PB conference watch out. One second you'll be having a relaxed conversation with Theo....then outta nowhere I'm gonna lay a nasty cut block on ya. Right in the back of the right knee. You'll lose your ACL and MCL. They'll be carting you off in a John Deere Gator. Every cast you take for the rest of your life is going to go wide left. You'll be thinking that you've got a bead on that big largemouth. He'll be working a little row of lilly pads you've got. Next thing you know you'll fire off a cast about twenty feet left of target. That LMB is gonna laugh his tail off. I'll bet you catch 500 fewer fish in your lifetime. It's gonna be nasty! Revenge is a dish best served ice cold baby. Nobody talks smack like your's truly.

If Brettski shows up, you're on your own Bruce. Those winged monkeys have always scared the heck out of me. Especially when flying out of the heart of the darkness, singing Gilbert & Sullivan.

My head is still reeling trying to digest (pun intended) Bob Lusk's article on forage for my LM bass.

I always hid behind the couch when they appeared in The Wizard of Oz.
Since reaching adulthood, I had to get a bigger couch.

I still can't get that haunting Gilbert and Sullivan showtune outta my head. I find myself humming it at work, at the grocery store, at the speedo shop....
