If forced to jot down a number, I'd say 10% to 20%. Hard to argue with 15% having made that statement.

IIRC it was Bob Lusk who said 90% of the fish will be found in 10% of the pond. I always figured placing structure (correctly) let you predict exactly where that 10% was.
