I hate to say it but after a night of sleeping on it and praying about it we just can't go 130K deeper in debt and take on the ownership of a third property right now.

I think you will agree for anyone willing to live just east of DFW it is really a steal. It kills me not to be able to move on this but it just is not the right time,
