Frank, I have the DC 6SS. Great nightime pics but, like Ross says, it is over exposing in the daytime. I talked to Don and he said if it didn't work to send it back to them. However, that takes a lot of time and deer season is now. I'm going to take it back to Cabelas tonight. I only get a limited time there on electric stuff.
I had a Moultrie for one night. It went through a fully charged 6 volt battery in that night on 26 pictures and quit at midnight. If you look at the Game Cam web sites, you find out that Moultrie has a terrible rep for battery usage. I've talked to people that got a month on their batteries but most seem to get about 3 days.
If I can't get this stuff sorted out, I will probably go with the Cuddeback.
