will slow down feeding on pellets first? Grass carp or channel catfish? I am guessing the consensus will be GC.

Err, I should have added when the water temperature drops as winter comes.

My grass carp stopped taking pellets at around 58 degrees F. this year. Does anybody know when CC stop feeding?

Mine quit feeding very close together this year. The CC quit first by about a week and maybe a couple of degrees of water temp. The GC (and LMB and a few BG) were still feeding at 56.7 Deg F (last Sunday, the last time I measured temp) and continued until Tuesday or Wednesday (temp would have dropped another degree or so, I think.

The last 3 - 4 days, all that is taking feed are GShiners. They will feed at the surface all Winter long in my pond, if fed.
