I just got back from two relaxing weeks at the farm. Rainfall total was 11 inches, which made a mess out of my new spillways. Spent most of this morning catching FH, CNBG, RES and crayfish from below the spillway and putting them back where they belong. The CNBG have had amazing growth rate doubling in size since stocking on 9/20/06. I'm sure Overton's would claim superior genetics and not the fact that maybe I did something right.
