you supposin thats where "Tippecanoe" came from?

in addition to resident ducks and geese, our neighboring ranchpond has lunker LMB in it. however, every spring the ducks and geese have their broods up at our pond cause it has no bass......yet......when they get big enough (those that survive the coyotes, fox, and birds of prey) mommy and daddy take them back down to ranch pond for rest of the summer, fall and winter.

i'm still negotiating with the wife about stocking bass, she'd rather have the baby birds every spring.....i'm trying to explain how we'll manage for small stunted bass and trophy lepomis....its a tough one.
