Just recently had 3 small tanks combined into on large tank. I do not know if I was lucky or unlucky, because just as the bottom was finished, we got 5 - 6 inches of rain. I have some fish habitat stuctures ready to put in the pond. I have pictures, I just do not know how to add them to the post.

The pond is just over 1 surface acre when full. It will be roughly 8 - 9 feet deep when full.

Anyway, my first question is, should we stock some bait fish now that the pond is a quarter to half full? Is this the first step? Should we fertilize first?
