I think of all the research you've done, this may be the smartest statement of all. Good goals and GREAT post. The value of following your project is inestimable for the rest of us. We welcome you and hope you'll be active here on the forum.
If you wouldn't mind a suggestion, I'd like to see you take the post you just made and create a new thread for it. Your project deserves it based on all the research you've done, and it will be easier for the rest of us to access it at a future date.
I for one, will be watching your project closely.
