we have one. been here since we moved in 11 years ago. its an 1850's vintage building leased by the USPS for the next 5 years, and the bldg is for sale. they want a little over $1 M. based on their track record of getting and delivering my PB in timely fashion, i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
