It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

The ridge in the third pic looks like that's where you couldn't quite reach from shore, but I bet it'll be great structure.

Thanks guys, I'm going to add a few pallets in the shallows and a few cedar trees in buckets full of cement. That is my feeder ring Meadowlark, I decided at the last minute to do more digging so I havent been feeding much. I would also like to express my heart felt thanks to you all for your help. It has been my life long dream to build a pond. I couldnt have done it without you guys. Thanks again.
