I stocked fingerling channel cats January 2004. I am wondering when they would be old enough to spawn...

I seem to recall CC have to be in excess of 12" to spawn. So assuming they're long enough, I'd guess next year. If you want to encourage them, it is recommended to put spawning containers in about a month before the water temp is right for spawning (80 deg F if I remember correctly).

How quick will channel cats grow? I just put some 6" long in my pond so what kind of growth can I expect by winter?

If you're feeding or if there is a lot of food for them in the pond, I think most will double in length by the time your water cools this Winter. Some will do better than that.
I'm basing this on similar sized CC stocked in May in Ohio - starting sooner, shorter growing season.
