I do have a caretaker that lives about 1.5 miles away. He keeps an eye on things as best as he can, and also helps me with projects.

The violaters seem to know his schedule, so he started mixing things up about when he "patrols."

One comment that needs reinforced is that you have to stay the course in patroling and busting people. The thing that sucks is that there's always a new crop of trespassers as kids get older and such.
